Throughout my career, I've built and developed teams at organizations such as Agora, Polkomtel, and Whites. I've supported managers on their journey to independence, improved communication, and effective operation.
Today, I work with organizations and teams to ensure they are effective and achieve their goals, with the understanding that the foundation for this is empowering individuals, as well as fostering communication and better understanding between them. Creativity and action are born from relationships.
I bring my extensive experience, energy, agency, empathy and closeness to projects and processes.

Empowering Through Doing
Strengthening teams through collaborative action
I created a proprietary development program for women in IT, Empowerment Through Doing, which I implemented at Íslandsbanki. Its goal is to empower and build strength and agency through acquiring new skills and building collaboration.
