I work with women

I accompany women
in their development

I value and support feminine energy in organizations and business.

I am a mentor in the EWA program, Empowering Women in Agrifood, implemented by EIT Food and Startup Hub Poland, and in the NEXT program within the Network of Entrepreneurial Women, supporting women in scaling their businesses to foreign markets.

I spoke at TEDx showing why we need more women as experts at conferences and debates.

Empowering Through Doing

Programme for women in IT

I created a proprietary development program for women in IT, Empowerment Through Doing, which I implemented at Íslandsbanki. Its goal is to empower and build strength and agency through the acquisition of new competencies.

Looking for ideas to grow your team? Let's talk about your project.

The aim of the project was:

  • strengthening the sense of agency,

  • building and developing your own competences,

  • but also the courage to take on new roles,

  • supporting relationships and creating a circle of trusted people -

so that participants feel more at ease
and more confident in their role and in the organization.

Participants were provided with a process framework, facilitated, and guided through each stage. Considering their resources and needs, they defined and implemented the project themselves.

For 6 months, live and online meetings were held, including:

brainstorming, opening workshops (schedule, role division, content plan), video editing training, communication workshop in SM,

short project statuses, project closing workshop (conclusions from the project work).

The participants launched social media channels (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) and produced and promoted the episodes themselves.

An important element of the process were individual mentoring sessions, during which the participants defined their personal challenges. What they particularly emphasized in the project summary was the role of their involvement, integration, fun, learning new skills, and the opportunity to step outside their comfort zone.

"A key effect of the process was the participants' engagement and openness. For companies and remote teams, it was a great opportunity to build relationships, but also to get to know each other in a different context and discover new competencies (e.g., leadership). The process itself was interestingly designed and allowed participants to look at project management from a new perspective, different from their everyday tasks.
Ania's energy and ability to create a safe space, encouraging open communication and stepping outside of their comfort zones, were also crucial. As a result, the girls opened up to new roles and greater decision-making."
