My experience

I have nearly twenty years of experience in business development, team building and management.
In 2015, I joined the digital marketing agency Whites, where I built the team and social media offerings for clients from scratch, and then developed further business lines. Since 2018, I have been co-owner of the agency and a Partner, co-responsible for the development of the entire organization.
I was responsible for developing customer outreach strategies, building offerings, sales activities, and meeting budget targets. I worked with clients from industries such as healthcare, technology, manufacturing, FMCG, finance, and retail. I created and developed multi-generational teams that were enduring, resilient, and effective.

Previously I also worked in companies such as Deloitte, Agora and Polkomtel.

So I combine corporate experience with an entrepreneurial, operational approach to building and developing a business.
