I work with people, their needs, goals and dreams.

Coaching
i mentoring

Throughout my career, I have built and developed teams in organizations such as Agora, Polkomtel, and Whites. I have supported managers on their journey to independence, autonomy, decision-making, better communication, and effective performance.

I am a certified coach (PwC Academy: Business Coaching Diploma, certificate with the ACSTH ICF quality mark and EQA EMCC) and mentor and I develop in these roles.

I am a mentor in the EWA program, Empowering Women in Agrifood , implemented by EIT Food and Startup Hub Poland, and in the NEXT program within the Network of Entrepreneurial Women, which supports women in scaling their businesses to international markets. I was a Teaching Assistant in the Center for Leadership program.

I support people managing teams and business processes, entrepreneurs developing their companies, and managers in moments of change, decisions, dilemmas, but also burnout and crisis.

I work with people looking for intentional breaks from work - I have experienced sabbaticals and support in designing individualized paths to a deep reset.

I invite you especially when:

decision and dilemma

getting stuck and searching for a new direction or place

fatigue, discouragement and the search for new energy

changes, and also before
and after the changes

the need for development and a change of perspective

the need to work on your competences

Coaching or mentoring?

In coaching, you arrive at your own answers, albeit with my support and the tools I use, because you have them within you and you know exactly where to go. You just need someone to shine a light in the right place.

In mentoring, I share my experience and offer guidance if you need it. Because sometimes it's good to see how someone else has coped with a similar challenge.

What does the process look like?

In both cases, we begin with a "chemistry session"—a short, free, and introductory session. You'll discuss your challenge, and I'll discuss my tools. You'll get to know me and decide whether you want to start the process with me.

During this session, I also discuss the rules of our work (e.g., canceling a meeting). We agree on the frequency, duration, and location of the sessions (online/offline). I usually suggest meetings every two weeks, initially for eight sessions, with the option of continuing for up to a year.
